1. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the wine must be in unopened, undamaged, and original condition. Products must also be returned with their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened or consumed bottles, damaged products due to misuse, and items that are clearly marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping
Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a traceable shipping method for returns to ensure it reaches us safely.
International Returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional customs fees. Please ensure the wine is properly packaged to prevent any damage during the return process.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective product on our part.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective bottle of wine, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. Return shipping costs will be covered by WRISTCOIN in these cases.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for wine. If you would like to exchange an item for a different bottle, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. If the order has already shipped, it will be subject to the return policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
